1970 Dodge Challenger - Carving out a piece of history. Here’s something that’s seldom seen by those outside of a manufacturer. Here the designers at Dodge are working with the original clay model for the ‘70 Challenger. Clay models are a clever way for designers to see how their ideas transfer from paper into a three-dimensional 1:1 scale car. Notice the distinct side character line, which made the final design, and the multiple front and rear designs.
